PRODUCTION COUNTER

Production Counter is an essential requirement in any Textile Machine. The recording of Production Produced is inevitable to ensure accounting of the product produced.

Many machines are invariably equipped with Mechanical Pick counters or Olden Type Electronic Meters. These counters are prone to wear and tear of the gear wheels which perform the counting of the picks production and hence accuracy is compromised. Also these counters are to be reset at the end of the Shift which is a tedious task for the floor level Supervisors. Any delay in mechanical resetting directly affects the Production recorded.

Precision Monitoring with Datalog Production Counters

Datalog Production Counters are very accurate and have very little maintenance since there are no moving parts. The Electronic counter is a stand-alone unit. It senses the Production through a Proximity Sensor fitted on the Delivery Shaft or by receiving signals from the machine panel via a signal cable.
In addition to this, these Production Counters can also detect 5 different types of stops connected to the machine panel.
Using the above two data, these Production Counters can show the Production and Actual Efficiency of the Machine.
Production Counters has a Keyboard and Display to view various parameters like Production, Stoppage, Efficiency, etc.,
